We always love sharing the holidays with our members, friends and the community at our annual Victorian Christmas events. That's why we're sorry to announce that our
Victorian Christmas Luncheon (December 4)
and
Victorian Christmas Open House (December 5 and 6)
will NOT be held this year.
The recent Banning and Company, which gave details on Victorian Christmas, was in the mail before we learned of the need to cancel, so we wanted to let you know of this change as soon as possible
Although this is a disappointment to us all, the reason for the cancellation is also a reason to celebrate! Major improvements are being made to our campus in preparation for the opening of the Harlyne and Kenneth Norris Visitor Center and our wonderful new exhibition Improbable Gateway: The Los Angeles Transportation Legacy and to enhance your experience when visiting The Banning Museum.
While the events will not take place, the house will be decorated and there will be a festive house exhibition which you can see on our regular tours during the holiday season.
So join us in December 2010 for a very special Victorian Christmas.
