OPERATION: RESTORATION $10,000 Challenge Gift Met!

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of Friends of Banning Museum members and supporters, the $10,000 matching gift challenge for OPERATION: RESTORATION was met and exceeded! We now have the funds necessary to move ahead with restoring and painting our beloved Banning Mansion.

At the time of this post, painters are hard at work on the West side of the house painstakingly scraping peeling paint and filling any holes in preparation for paint. If all continues to go well, we hope to start painting by the end of this month!

Because of you, this grand ‘ole place is receiving the care and attention it needs to once again stand strong and beautiful just as it did nearly 150 years ago.Thank you so much to all of you who contributed to OPERATION: RESTORATION. We could not have done it without you.
