Today, we face an urgent need: the brick foundation wall under the northeast corner of the Banning House needs immediate repair to protect this historic landmark.

The cost of this critical preservation project is $22,810. Fortunately, a trusted historic preservation company is already on site.They will carefully remove damaged bricks and replace them with matching historic brick and lime-based mortar. They will also repoint joints for strength and stability and seal the wall to guard against future damage. Every step will honor the house’s original craftsmanship.
